Geometric Tile Master Bath Remodel

About This Project

This project was a full design-build master bath where the homeowner wanted a high-contrast, magazine-feature look without losing the calm of a private retreat. We laid a black-and-white diamond geometric porcelain tile across the entire floor — the pattern reads as a true centerpiece and ties the whole room together. A pristine acrylic freestanding soaking tub sits in front of the original glass-block window (kept for the natural diffused light it throws at all times of day). The shower and vanity walls are wrapped in clean white subway tile with a polished marble accent band. The floating wall-mount vanity is a wide white high-gloss double-trough design with two integrated rectangular sinks and brushed nickel single-handle faucets — it visually shrinks the vanity footprint and lets that floor pattern keep doing its job. Globe pendant lights drop in over the tub for warmth. On the opposite wall, a tall black built-in linen tower with glass-front cabinet doors balances the white vanity and adds heavy-storage capacity in a small footprint. The wall paint is a deep olive that grounds the whole black-and-white scheme.
