About This Project
A bright, warm transitional bathroom built around three design moves: the arched mirror, the natural-oak shaker cabinetry, and the matte black plumbing fixtures. The vanity and full-height linen tower are matching natural-oak shaker construction with matte black bar pulls, giving the room storage that does double duty as a built-in furniture piece. The countertop is a soft-vein calacatta-look quartz with an undermount rectangular sink. The arched mirror with thin matte black frame softens the otherwise rectilinear geometry of the room and reflects the marble-surround alcove tub behind the camera. Three exposed-bulb sconces drop above the mirror for warm task lighting. The wall behind the vanity is the same warm off-white as the trim, which keeps the focus on the oak and the matte black accents. Floor is a soft-pattern porcelain that pulls warm tones from the vanity.
